MAJOR TURKIC-AMERICAN FEDERATIONS UNITE UNDER A NEW NATIONAL UMBRELLA ORGANIZATION

Six major Federations representing the thriving Turkic-American community in the United States are joining to form the Assembly of Turkic American Federations. 

To mark this historic development, an opening gala reception will be held in Washington at the Willard Inter-Continental Hotel Ballroom on Wednesday the 12^th of May 2010, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

This event includes a bi-partisan host committee of US Senators and Congress Members:

Congressman Tom Cole (R-OK)

Congressman Gene Green (D-TX)
